Need a Referral

Referrals can be made for individuals or families who live within the TW13 and TW14 postcode areas.

Referrals for our employment courses, English Language classes, and money advice support, are welcomed from all TW postcode areas and are accepted based on capacity.

If you are in need of assistance, please get in contact with a professional agency who can refer you. Please note we are unable to accept self referrals, you must be referred by an agency. A list of possible agencies to try is below.

Once your referral is approved you will need to book a slot to collect food or clothes. An email with the time slots will be sent every week on Tuesdays.

Possible referral agencies:

  • School

  • Churches

  • Health visitors

  • Adult services

  • Social workers

  • Citizens Advice Bureau

  • Childrens centres

  • Hestia

  • Housing associations

  • Probation services

  • St Mungo's

  • Salvation Army Feltham

  • Hounslow Women's refuge

We only accept referrals made by frontline professionals in the education, health or social care sector. It is essential that the referrer can asses the clients’ circumstances, as we rely on professional expertise to refer families only in genuine need.

We encourage you to reach out to other local foodbanks for support —a list of these is included below for your convenience.
