The demands of work, family, health problems, money worries and the general pace of life can leave us all feeling stressed or anxious at times.  

If you're weighed down by the pressures of life and want to get things into better balance, feel calmer and live life in all its fullness, then this workshop is for you. We will spend a morning together with hands on practice of proven techniques and practical strategies to help us  to feel better, think more positively and try and avoid the physical and mental health problems that prolonged stress and anxiety can bring.

This workshop is for everyone - even if you don't feel that stressed or anxious, we're sure you know someone who does!
