What happens next?
Should you have cause to complain over the phone, we will try to resolve the issue there and then. Similarly, if you complain by email or in writing we will do everything we can to resolve it within 10 days. If this is not possible, we will explain why and give you a new deadline.
What if the complaint is not resolved?
If you are not happy with our response, then you can get back in touch with us by writing to the Chair of Trustees (Simon Newton- address to be decided). Your complaint will be reviewed by one of our independent non-executive trustees and a response sent in writing within 10 days.
