As a church, we are passionately committed to the equipping and development of leaders. Whilst a vital aspect of leadership training is 'on-the-job', we also run a variety of training courses. These include 'Leadership in the Vineyard' (an introduction to biblical leadership and how it works in this church), and the Small Group Leadership training course. There are also more specific training courses run including those for small group worship leaders, children's and youth team leaders.
